As I predicted, the COP30 finally had a disaster results!

The agreement after the climate summit is described as a disappointment among several EU leaders. Oil countries are pointed out as scapegoats. But how can certain countries influence the entire agreement?
The agreement after COP30 does not contain any writings about phasing out fossil fuels.
But, After a day of overtime, all countries at COP 30 in Belem managed to agree on a decision despite major disputes until the very end, it was an emergency that had to be solved.
The major contentious issue of phasing out fossil fuels is not included in the overall decision, but the Brazilian presidency chose to put it in a separate text.
The EU, together with over 80 countries, wanted a clear “roadmap” to phase out fossil fuels, but was forced to back down after the Arab countries and several others refused to include words like oil and coal.
The agreement contains few new decisions, but largely repeats what has been decided at previous climate meetings. New is an “accelerator” to increase the pace of emission reductions, and “again” to triple the money for climate adaptation for poor countries by 2035, but unfortunately without strict rules for dictatorship-ruled countries.
The end result was no great success in providing water to drought-stricken areas, which was a goal of the #Waterpositive movement. It is not just money that can save the world, but no one seems to understand that. Therefore, I cannot in any way applaud the outcome of COP30 in Brazil and I do not expect there to be any greater success next year in Turkey.
Some disasters were mentioned during the meeting, but the most serious problem that is currently being discussed is the recent high activity of the Sun, which affects magnetic fields and currents, which is largely responsible for the current disasters. This is not of interest to political leaders, since they cannot control the power of the Sun.
